## Path 1: custom MCP (fastest)

1. Open ChatGPT → Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server.
2. MCP URL: `https://morse-mcp.srv770797.hstgr.cloud/mcp`
3. ChatGPT opens Morse OAuth. Paste your Morse personal access token (`mp_...`) once.
4. Try: "List my Morse meetings."

## Path 2: packaged ZIP

1. Download `morse-chatgpt-plugin.zip` from the landing page or `/workspace/deliverables/morse-mcp-package/morse-chatgpt-plugin.zip`.
2. Install or upload via ChatGPT / Codex Agent Plugins tooling (plugin.json + mcp.json + logo).
3. Complete the same OAuth paste of your Morse PAT.

## Create a Morse personal access token

1. Sign in at https://onmorse.com
2. Open account / developer / API settings.
3. Create a personal access token. It starts with `mp_`.
4. Copy it once into the Morse OAuth login page. Do not put it in the MCP URL. Do not paste it into chat.

## Auth model (short)

- MCP always requires auth.
- ChatGPT uses OAuth 2.1 (CIMD + PKCE S256). The login page stores your PAT in a session; access tokens are JWTs that do not contain the raw PAT.
- Other agents can send `Authorization: Bearer mp_...` directly.

A prior Morse ChatGPT app submission was rejected over privacy policy. Custom MCP and the downloadable ZIP work for private use. Public directory listing may still need a privacy-policy fix before resubmission.
